Settled for Policy Limits: Elderly Man Rear-Ended by Careless Driver

An elderly driver was rear-ended and sustained multiple neck injuries. In this case, our client, Rolando Santiago of the RJS Law Group, asked us to collaborate with their biomechanic expert witness Linda Weseman, P.E. (now retired) of Weseman Engineering, to create a demonstrative aid illustrating the motion of the human body being subjected to a rear impact. This demonstrative aid made Ms. Weseman’s job as a testifying expert much easier as she explained the mechanisms for the plaintiff’s various injuries during testimony. Our team worked closely with the Ms. Weseman to animate the sequence and timing of the body according to her exact specifications.
