Confidential Settlement: Employee at Office Building Trips on Sidewalk Defect as she was Leaving Work
As she was leaving her place of work, using a poorly maintained sidewalk, the Plaintiff’s shoe became caught in a crack in the sidewalk, thereby causing her to stumble forward. As a result, the Plaintiff sustained injuries to both her right and left ankles, as well as injuries to her head from the subsequent fall.
